Peer Mentor Tutors

The Peer Mentor Tutor program works to provide both academic and social support to incoming students in their transition to The University of New Mexico. This program works very closely with the University College Academic Foundation courses and the Department of Mathematics and Statistics Math Learning Lab (MaLL).

CEP Peer Mentor Tutors (PMTs) attend classes with students, hold office hours for academic support, and aid course instructors when necessary. PMTs work directly with students who are enrolled in UNIV 103 and UNIV 106 courses, in addition to MATH 101, 102, and 103 courses at the MaLL.
